Is there a way to see 5MHz in the list of countries worked under View > Countries (Enterties) > Worked ?

No, the "View - Countries (Entities)" is limited to the defined "DXCC bands".
You can see 5MHz by using "Scan - Countries within period - DXCC" (select all years).
