Increment/Decrement

For the Naval contest, where the exchange is 599 MA483, I want to send the MA483 in a slower CW speed.
I have tried everything but I had no success.
I have read the Help file where Incr/Dec....% by +/* is explained but probably I am doing something wrong.
Who can help me?

Hello Maarten,

You will send the exchange slower if you write this in text F2:
Pcall Srst *Snr

This works not with keying via CAT.
How do you generate CW ?

Then that will be the case that it is not working over here.
I use CW via CAT with my K3s.

Yes, CW via CAT is simple but not so powerful.
