Hello,
I do have a QSO with a given IOTA island confirmed on the respective band/mode as show in the "Worked IOTA" window, but the Main window shows it as light-blue (unconfirmed) and it also show up in DXCluster.
Is there anything I have set up wrongly? (I do have Suppress CFMD selected in DXCluster)

just an educated guess based on your colur scheme for confirmed in the main window:
What are your settings for QSL in settings-station-coulour/qsl?
Card and LoTW activated for IOTA?

Hello Dani,

Normally only paper QSL and Clublog (via RSGB) count for "confirmed IOTA".
I can't tell for sure which (green) confirmations you have in View-IOTA.

Hello Ben. Dark-green is LoTW and the other green is Paper QSL.
I just imported ClubLog matches into UcxLog. Let's see how that changes things.

By the way, RSGB accepts LoTW as "IOTA Confirmation" too.

Now I 'X'ed everything in QSL in settings-station-coulour/qsl?.
let's see how it works. Might have been again an issue with the user..

I see the two greens in the lower left corner but I can't identify in the Band/IOTA table which green it is.

Where is settled that LOTW confirmations count for IOTA ?

In the table it's mostly LoTW.

Indeed, in the "procedures" pdf LoTW isn't mentioned, but after logging in to the IOTA platform, there's a "Add QSOs from LoTW" option:

Ok, did you set LOTW for IOTA in "Settings-Station-Color/QSL ?

The problem is, that LOTW or Clublog confirmation are not always automatically = "IOTA confirmed".
This needs the additional confirmation of IOTA committee because every IOTA activation must be reported and acknowledged.

Still unsure if I'm doing something wrong
The confirmation for the IOTA is LoTW not paper (green color mostly match)

For some reason, that specific IOTA still shows up as unconfirmed in the main window + DXCluster window.

The "IOTA Confirmation" is not equal to "Clublog Match" or "LOTW confirmation".
If you have "LOTW confirmed" for a QSO it is the confirmatioon for the DXCC entity but NOT the real/final confirmation for the IOTA .

IOTA confirmation needs download/upload by the RSGB IOTA website using
- "My IOTA - Add QSOs from LOTW" or
- "My IOTA - Add QSOs from Clublog".
Then the IOTA server logs into your LOTW/Clublog account and retrieves the QSOs.
The result should be a CSV-File which can be imported in "QSL - Clublog - Import CSV-File (RSBG-IOTA)" .
The result are the "real" confirmed IOTA.
I hope that this procedure is still unchanged by RSGB.

You can switch the meaning of the shown "C" in tables using "Settings- Station Colors/QSLs" field "QSL report C"
I fear that this doesn't yet work for LOTW but I think you can transfer the QSOs from LOTW to Clublog
I don't like to introduce such an IOTA double meaning for "L" (Lotw confirmations).

Ok, by downloading the IOTA CSV and ingesting it, it works as expected with the configuration sent above.

I will think about whether the presentation of the IOTA confirmations can be improved and how LOTW can be included.
But that will take some time ...

Yes, if you understand the current way, it is fine.
I can't change anything about the procedure at IOTA.
