I had en unexpected power down of my PC with UCXlog on and working. Now I cannot restart the program. I get the following error message: ”UCXlog was already started for this log directory. If this is wrong you must do Windows ”New Start””. Suggestions how to fix would be appreciated?

Than you for the quick reply. No, I have not tried New Start. I will do so momentarily.

Further to my previous email, i turned off the computer and restarted. Attempting to start UCXlog resulted in the same error message.

Is this what is meant with ”New Start”. I searched for infomation regarding New Start. I have not found a clear-cut definition. What is meant with ”New Start” in the error message?

I don't know the exact english wording in Windows...

If you finish windows using the off switch in the task bar there is a selection:
- Lock
- Sleep
- Shutdown
- Restart

You must use "Restart"
