Backup Failing...

I have not used the software in a while but I have been updating it so I am not sure if this is a bug or something that has started to happen on a certain build.

I have A backup directory, normally under the program directory but when exiting it states the backup failed, I have now created a new directory off the root of C: and this is giving the same problem.

Checkout the screen captures...

Any help would be much appreciated, I am sure it is me....

Hello James,

I assume that there are problems with your file (write) permissions.
If you are using Vista you should store private data only in your user directory or better on another partition (e.g. D:). On drive C: some file writings are done only "virtually" and lost after logout.

I have made sure that 'Everone' has Full control of the directory, and just in case I have also added My login and Administrators group as well, but still not having it...

Please be so kind to try another directory in your user directory or on another drive.
May be it's also helpful to avoid blanks in the directory name.
And I still think that Vista blocks some file actions on drive C: also if you have full permissions!

Sri, nobody ever reported this problem.
Please send me your file UCXLOG.ST2
Do you have write permissions for this file?
Please check file date/time. Was it written during each UcxLog close?
