Error Message in DX Cluster

Sorry to bring this to your attention but I do not read German and therefore I am not sure what this is, all I do know is that I have to restart the software to get rid of it and then the DX Cluster works again, but then after a while it will stop again with the same error:

Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 005FC79D in Modul 'UcxLog.exe'. Lesen von Adresse 30323788.

It seem to happen when I select a contact in 20m, then select a contact on 17m, then when I try to select a contact back on 20m it then appears.

Any help would be greatful to point me in the right direction to stop this from happening

Hello James,

It's a software error but I can only detect the reason if I can reproduce it on my development PC.
I'll check it next week when I'll be back at home.

Did this error occur at anybody else?

I cannot reproduce it all the time, it does seem very random, but it does always occur when i switch from 14 to 18 and then back to 14 again, so far not been able to reproduce it with any other bands.

James,

I need more details. When occurs the error?
Immediately after double-click on a message in the DX Cluster window?
Or after another action?

When I select a contact on 14, as in when I double click on the contact in the DX cluster this message appears, after it first happens this occurs with any contact on any bands, I have tried repeatedly to get it working with other combinations but it only occurs when coming from 14, to 18 and then back to 14.

Sri, I can not reproduce this error.
Please try 6.56 Beta 4, I added some exception handlings to tolerate the unknown error.

What do you mean with "select"?
Only select (single mouse click) the DX message
or
take over the message to the QSO work window (double mouse click)?

This looks to be OK, I have not had it re-occur since hat update.

I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I wanted to give it a fair hammering to make sure it was OK.

Thanks
