Hallo,

Re: Neuer TCPIP basierte CAT Interface TCI
Hallo Thilo,
wenn ich das richtig sehe, betrifft es nur die Verbindung zu ExpertSDR2.
Ob die erweiterten Steuerungsmöglichkeiten überhaupt benötigt werden, ist noch offen.

Re: Neuer TCPIP basierte CAT Interface TCI
I have just bought a SunSDR2-dx, and find the TCI protocol very handy, enabling me to connect more software to the same transceiver ports. Much like Omni-Rig, that unfortunately is not available with UCXlog. The latest iteration of the TCI protocol is available on Github https://github.com/maksimus1210/TCI.
Omni-rig is more versatile, as it can be used with many transceivers. My hope is that you at least enable ucxlog to be used with that protocol. This would make simultaneous connection and rig control for Ucxlog and WSJTX/JTDX possible without using portsplitter and similar.
I can assist as a tester if you decide to investigate further into TCI and/or Omni-rig.

Hi Richard,
I use the SunSDR2 pro since one year together with UCXLog and JTDX in parallel without problems.
Alternativ for JTDX I can use WSJTX or MixW.
The portsplitter is VSPE as described in the UMA for the SSDR.

Re: Neuer TCPIP basierte CAT Interface TCI
Hello Klaus,
Yes, I can fit all the programs into the mix with Sunsdr, but it is getting a bit more crowded including my remote station using TS-480 and remoterig system. TCI or Omni-Rig on UCXlog would fit it a lot better into a modern set-up.

OK, Richard,
using the rig remote is a reason. I don't have this problem because the antenna in my garden is only a short wire
May be Ben can do some thing

Hello,
I will think about TCI in the future, no time in the moment, sri.
I will not use OmniRig.
