Logs von einem alten PC auf einen neuen PC

Hallo Ben,
ich hatte mir gedacht, dass "transport complete Log to new PC" auch eine Möglichkeit ist, ein komplettes Backup zu haben. Leider kommt bei der Ausführung irgendwann die Fehlermeldung: "Fehler beim Packen der Dateien. Log-Transport abgebrochen.":
Beim Virenprogramm ist der Ordner "ucxlog\*" und "ucxLog.exe" als Ausnahmen hinzugefügt.

Wo mache ich einen Fehler? Im Forum und Hilfe habe ich mit meiner Suchweise nichts gefunden.

ich weiß nicht, wo der Fehler liegt, da er außerhalb von UcxLog auftritt.
Wohin geht das Backup ?
Genug Platz ?
Auch in Virenscanner-Ausnahmeliste eingetragen ?

Hallo Ben,
danke für deine Antwort. Das Backup geht in ein extra Verzeichnis im ucLog-Ordner. Es ist genug Platz auf der Festplatte. Ausnahmen im Virenscanner eingetragen!
Da ich ucxLog auf 2 Rechner betreibe (durch Cloud auf dem selben Stand) habe ich es mit dem anderen PC probiert. Dort gab es keine Probleme! Jedenfalls habe ich jetzt ein komplettes Backup.

Hallo Alfons,

es liegt an deinem Windows/Virenscanner, da kann UcxLog nichts "tricksen".
Ich benutze nur den Windows-eigenen Virenschutz und hatte bisher damit keine Probleme.

Hello Ben,
I have a similar problem when using the "Transport complete Log to new PC" feature. When it has gone 80%, an error message appears, "ZipForge: Cannot compress file '%'. Zip64 mode is not enabled - Native error:00043. File processing error, possibly disk is full"
HDD is not full. If I press "Abbrechen" the process continues and a .zip file is created. I have imported it into the new PC and everything looks good and it is the correct number of QSOs, 93219 pcs. It is difficult to know if something is missing. I have several calls on the same computer and it has worked well with these. It is only our club call SK0QO that does not work. I have windows 7 64-bit and the latest UcxLog version.

Hello Mike,

UcxLog uses ZipForge software to compress the file.
If it writes "Disk full" it is very safe the virus scanner which blocks in this way the disk access.

If the zip file was imported nevertheless I'm very sure that it was without errors.
If the number of imported QSOs is correct the content of all QSOs should definitely be ok too (QSO data are checksum secured).

You have to write the ucxlog.exe and possibly all used directories into the "White List" of the virus scanner.
Or you must switch-off it.

Thanks for your answer.
Yes the exported data is correct and all looks good. It was the antivirus software caused this issue.
